I Can’t Return To Palace With Ooni’s Six Wives – Prophetess Naomi Speaks About Her Crashed Marriage

The Ooni of Ife’s ex-wife, Prophetess Silekunola Naomi Ogunwusi, has ruled out reconciling with the king and moving back in with him.

Recall that on December 23, Naomi posted on her social media platforms that she and Oba Ogunwusi were splitting up.

I therefore announce that from this day forward, I shall no longer be referred to as the Ooni of Ife’s wife or the Queen of Ile-Ife, but solely as the Queen of the People and the Mother of My Adorable Prince. I’m here to announce the beginning of a new day and the close of a particular chapter. Now I am the mother of God’s unique gift. She remarked, “I am no longer governed by my ideals of perfection.”

Six women have been chosen as the monarch’s wives thus far since she began choosing them in September 2022.

In a recent interview with Punch, Naomi, the mother of Tadenikawo, the newly crowned prince, said she would not go back to the palace. In the palace, where there are currently six strong women, she claimed that the monarch thinks she is too soft to perform.

Naomi, who recently turned 30, characterized her time spent at the castle as bittersweet and promised to share her experiences whenever God gives her permission.

She remarked that although she had no regrets about her failed marriage, she had gained vital insight from it.

Naomi identifies herself as unmarried and a “bride waiting to be dressed” when referring to her current relationship position.
