“I Was Sleeping With My Father’s Dead Body”—Adetoun Onajobi

Adetoun Onajobi, a Nigerian activist and author, has opened up about the traumatic ordeal she faced after her father’s death. In an exclusive interview with Chude Jideonwo, the host of #WithChude, she revealed that her father was a member of the Ogboni Fraternity, a secret society that practices occult rituals, and that he died in her arms.

She said that she was forced to sleep with her father’s corpse every night for a long period of time, as part of the fraternity’s tradition. She also claimed that she was constantly harassed by the leaders of witchcraft, who tried to recruit her into their cult. She suffered 14 miscarriages as a result of the spiritual attacks.

“I was sleeping with my father’s dead body. When he was alive he was an Ogboni member. He died in my hands and every night I go to sleep with his dead body. I have been invited by the leaders of witchcraft before, not once not twice. I had 14 miscarriages,” she said.

She also disclosed that her father abandoned her with the late Prophet TB Joshua, the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, when she was a child. She said that her father did this because she was the one who informed him of her grandmother’s death, and he believed that she had a prophetic gift.

Adetoun Onajobi is the author of the book “The Girl Who Slept with Her Father’s Corpse”, which narrates her life story and how she overcame the challenges she faced. She is also an advocate for women’s rights and empowerment. She said that she hopes that her story will inspire others who are going through similar situations to find healing and freedom.
