There are four PDP members it will be strange for Tinubu not to appoint into his cabinet- APC source

According to a news that was published by the Punch Newspaper online this morning, it was reported that mixed feelings, have continued to surround the reports that the President-elect of Nigeria, Chief Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, might be seeking to include people from the opposition parties into his cabinet.

It was reported that this tension became heightened, when a former presidential aspirant in the All Progressives Congress, Nicolas Felix, disclosed this during an Arise TV programme on April 4th that, Bola Tinubu, would look beyond the party lines to choose his cabinet members and ministers. Recall that Felix, was one of the foot soldiers of the president-elect during his campaign rallies in the South-South geopolitical zone.

While a source within the camp of the former Lagos State governor, who spoke under the condition of anonymity was reacting to this development, he also corroborated Felix’s position, adding that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, is a man who rewards loyalty, commitment and hard work.

He said, “Tinubu is a man who rewards loyalty. There are four PDP members it will be strange for Tinubu not to appoint into his cabinet. It would be strange for Tinubu to leave out people like the Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, and others who contributed to his victory without compensation.”

Further talking, the source claimed that the former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, and Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, might also have their men appointed into Tinubu’s cabinet because, they delivered their states for the APC in the presidential election.
