No One Ever Insulted My Dad Since 35 Years Ago He Died, Until I Contested 2023 Election: Baba-Ahmed

The presidential election that produced Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the president-elect of Nigeria has come and gone, but the heated politics that it produced have led to some unwanted abuses between politicians and their followers on social media. In an interview with Channels Television, Datti Baba-Ahmed, the vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party, revealed “how he was a partaker of the bad side of the heated politics.” The senator revealed that “his father has never been insulted since 35 years ago, after his death, but that it was after he contested the 2023 presidential election that he started receiving insults and that his dad was also insulted.”

Datti was emotional as he was talking about the insults that his late father received in an interview with Seun Okinbaloye Channels.

Datti will be hoping that the petition filed by his party against Tinubu, INEC, and APC is successful.
