You Were Not Re-Elected, You Selected Yourself -Falz Hits Back At Sanwo Olu After He Won The Election

It is no longer news that the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu, won his reelection as the Gov of Lagos State, after he defeated his opponents, the Labour Party Gov Candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, and the PDP candidate.

However, in his congratulatory tweet, he thanked the people of Lagos State for coming out for vote for him. He noted that he is deeply humbled and grateful for the overwhelming support and trust of the good people of Lagos. Sanwo Olu stated that he feel honoured to be Re-Elected as the Governor of Lagos State. However, reacting to this statement released by Gov Babajide Sanwo Olu, popular Nigerian musician, Falz, released a statement via his twitter handle, where he replied Gov Sanwo Olu saying;

“You were not Re-Elected. You selected yourself. Everybody saw it unfold. You are only deceiving yourselves”.
