Following the Queen’s death on September 8, leaders from around the world have made the journey to London for Her Majesty’s funeral at Westminster Abbey on September 19
Britain’s longest reigning monarch, Queen Elizabeth II, sadly passed away at Balmoral Castle in Scotland on September 8 at the age of 96.
Her Majesty’s coffin was brought down to London from Edinburgh on September 13.
Funeral preparations are now in full swing, with conversations circulating on who will be invited to the ceremony on Monday.

In recent days, there has been plenty of discussion on whether former US president Donald Trump will attend the Queen’s funeral.
However, due to limited capacity inside Westminster Abbey, former presidents may not be able to attend the event.
Although, there has been speculation that some former president and first ladies – particularly the Obamas – might receive private invites.
Jimmy Carter, who served as US president between 1977 and 1981, has not received an invitation, his office told Politico.
Which Commonwealth leaders will be invited?
Leaders from across the Commonwealth are expected to attend the Queen’s funeral on Monday.
Her Majesty served as the Head of the Commonwealth during the entirety of her reign, and now the role has been given to King Charles III.
Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau have all accepted invites to the funeral.
Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Indian President Droupadi Murmu will also attend the funeral as representatives.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has received an invitation to the funeral and the country’s foreign ministry said Beijing was “considering sending a high-level delegation”.
A Foreign Office source has said an ambassadorial invitation has been issued to North Korea and Iran, as reported by The Times.
