LIV 1:1 CRY: How Darwin Nunez’s Disastrous Display Today Shows He Is Not Fit For The EPL

Liverpool played another game in the English Premier League today when they hosted Crystal Palace at the Anfield Stadium on Monday evening. The Reds remained winless in the competition as they held Crystal Palace to a 1-1 draw courtesy of goals from Luis Diaz and Wilfried Zaha.

Well, Darwin Nunez had the opportunity to start today’s match for Liverpool against Crystal Palace. The Uruguayan International had an awful performance in the game as there were a few flaws in his gameplay against the Eagles. It was indeed a disastrous display from the 23-year-old as he picked up a red card for a very bad challenge on a Crystal Palace player.

Well, I believe his poor performance today shows he is not fit for the English Premier League. The Uruguayan Striker came across some big chances in the match and squandered them all against Crystal Palace. The 23-year-old doesn’t look fit for a big competition like the English Premier League as he is already showing a few flaws in his play for the Anfield Giants.

His regular misses in matches show he is a very poor goalscoring striker and might not be able to flourish in an intense competition like the Premier League. It’s high time he works on these key aspects of his game to avoid being an expensive flop for Liverpool.
