Vanessa Bryant, wife of late NBA star, Kobe Bryant has penned a touching note to the Basketball legend as she marks one-year since his death.

Kobe Bryant and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, lost their lives in a ghastly helicopter crash during a trip to watch a basketball game alongside 9 others on January 26.

Taking to her Instagram page on Friday, January 15, 2021, the aggrieved widow mourned Kobe and Gianna’s death reckoned that death is inevitable and encouraged those battling the loss of their loved ones to find a reason to live.

She wrote;

‘Let me be real. Grief is a messed up cluster of emotions. ‘One day you’re in the moment laughing and the next day you don’t feel like being alive.

I want to say this for the people struggling with grief and heartbreaking loss. Find your reason to live. I know it’s hard. I look at my daughters and I try to push through that feeling for them.’

‘Death is guaranteed but living the rest of the day isn’t. Find your reason.’
