Revealed a trait that Mbappe has during interviews
France and Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiothas revealed what it is that annoys him about Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe.
The pair were both part of the France team that reached the 2022 Qatar World Cup final, where Mbappe scored a hat-trick.
That was not enough to secure a second successive World Cup final win, as Lionel Messi’s Argentina won the penalty shootout.
Now, just over a week later, Rabiot was speaking about the tournament and about Mbappe during an interview with Le Carre.
“Kylian annoys me when he changes his voice in an interview,” Rabiot said, jokingly.
“When we are together, he speaks normally. But when you watch the interview, I don’t know why, his voice changes. It’s annoying and stressful.”
It seems that this has been the subject of mockery and comments in the France dressing room.
Rabiot refocuses on club football
The fact that Rabiot is able to make jokes about the situation suggests that the French players are managing to put the disappointment behind them and are focused on the rest of the season with their clubs.
Rabiot has had a very mixed time at Juventus since he joined the Serie A side, but in recent times he has been one of their best performers.
There is still an expectation that he will leave the club at the end of the season after a fairly tumultuous spell.
