The Columbian star had a decent game today but let her team down during the penalty shootout. Luckily for her, Nigeria could not capitalise on that miss to eliminate them.

The Nigerian star has been one of the best players in this year’s world cup and worked hard in this game as well. But unfortunately, she missed the chance to send her country into the finals of the world cup, missing a fifth and decisive penalty today.
3. C. Folorunsho.
She missed the last penalty that knocked Nigeria out of the World cup. It was a surprising miss from her.

1. G. Rodriguez.
She was in spectacular form for the Columbians today despite the fact that Nigeria dominated today’s encounter. She also showed nerves of steel to dispatch the first penalty for her country.
2. F. Omilana.
The Nigerian goalkeeper would feel cheated to be on the losing side today after her wonderful performance today. She was the real why the Columbians couldn’t score in normal time.
3. N. Hernandez.
She scored the winner from the penalty spot in the penalty shootout. What a proud moment it will be for her after she sent her country into the finals of the World cup. Goodluck to her and her team in the finals.
