The Super Eagles of Nigeria were not at their best on Friday evening, as they were forced to play a 2-2 draw against Algeria home based team in a friendly game.
Jose Peseiro led team decided to play Algeria B team in a friendly match ahead of their main game against the former Africa Cup of Nations Champions, but all their efforts to secure the maximum three points in the game were not successful.
Super Eagles started the game with Watford football club goalkeeper Maduka Okoye, Ola Aina, William Ekong, Valentine Ozornwafor, Ebube Duru, Chidozie Awaziem, Frank Onyeka, Chidera Ejuke, Raphael Onyedika, Ademola Lookman, and Taiwo Awoniyi, but they were unable to help the team secure a victory.
Second half goals from substitutes Alex Iwobi and Cyriel Dessers helped Super Eagles of Nigeria to secure a draw, while Aymen Mahious and Karim Aribi scored for the home team.
