Liverpool suffered a 2-1 defeat against Manchester United at Old trafford today. Players like Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho and Salah all scored during the game.
However, it got noticed Sadio Mane was trending on some social media platforms especially twitter. The reason for this was because Jurgen Klopp’s team were really missing his display.
Sadio Mane is officially a Bayern Munich player and has scored more than 3 goals for the German club. He was less appreciated during his stay at Liverpool, most glory went to Salah and that was not ideal.
Luiz Diaz is a wonderful player but its so obvious that he would not fill in for Sadio Mane so quickly. Salah really performed so well by scoring the consolation goal. However, it would have been easier for Liverpool to get a win if Mane was present.
