  He is followed by Manchester United legend and current DC United manager, Wayne Rooney. The English manager graduated from the academy of Everton and ended up becoming the highest goalscorer in the history of Manchester United.

  Wayne Rooney scored 208 goals in the English Premier League and was a dominant force under Sir Alex Ferguson alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez and even after both players left the club.
