Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola aka Portable ludicrously asked the organizers of the prestigious Headies award to hand over a brand new Bentley to him because he has no challenger in the Nest Rated Artiste category.

Although nominations have not been unveiled for this year’s award scheme, Portable is counting his chickens before they are hatched. He said in a video that he’s in pole position to grab that award considering his input in the year under review and per the description of the category.

Apparently, it has been announced that the recipient of the award will be going home with a Bentley. The Headies Award for Next Rated is awarded for the most promising upcoming act in the year under review.

Some of the names being speculated to become this year’s nominees under the category are; BNXN (Buju), Ruger, Zinoleesky, Blaqbonez and Ayra Starr. Watch what he said in the video below;
