The UEFA Champions League draws for the round of 16 was conducted today in Nyon, Switzerland at the UEFA headquarters. The draw was conducted twice because of technical issues.
Some teams are not supposed to play each at the round of 16 stages, but the technical issue resulted in both teams been paired together. The UEFA quickly corrected the error by conducting another draws at the same venue. Teams like Manchester United which was supposed to play Paris Saint Germain where lucky to be paired with Atletico Madrid.
Clubs that qualified from the group stage matches will play their first leg matches in February, 2022.
From the fixtures of the round of 16 matches, these four teams might exit the competition because they are opponent is likely to win them.
The France club side could possibly lose their UEFA Champions League round of 16 match against Real Madrid. The Spanish team is currently in form considering their last performance in their domestic leagues and the UEFA Champions League group stage matches.
2. Inter Milan
Liverpool might defeat the Italian team in their round of 16 match. The England club side is one of the most attacking that has a well experienced coach.
Jurgen Klopp will use his best tactics to ensure he advances to the next round of the competition.
3. Chelsea
The Blues might lose their match against Lille because of their performance. Lille is currently in form after winning several matches in the group stage of the competition.
4. Atletico Madrid
The Spanish could lose against Manchester United because of the presence of Ralf Rangnick. The new interim manager is tactically balanced in all areas.
It will b very difficult for Atletico Madrid to break into his defense and score a goal.
