Former Senator Shehu Sani has alleged that the Department of State Services has arrested two Channels Television presenters, Chambalain Usor and Kayode Okikolu, days after an explosive interview with Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state and Retired Commodore, Kayode Olawunmi.
While Governor Ortom accused President Buhari of having a “Fulanization” agenda, Olawunmi who served in inteligence committees accused the present administration of sending the country 60 years back, being nepotistic and shielding those sponsoring Boko Haram and who also have plans of Islamizing the country.
Omoyele Sowore also shared a notice from the NBC, confirming that the regulatory agency has moved to sanction Channels Television.
Ortom was accused by the NBC of making inciting, divisive and unfair comments which were not thoroughly interrogated by the Channels Television.
