The former lawmaker, who spoke during an interview on Arise Television, passed a vote of confidence on President Tinubu even though Atiku Abubakar is still challenging the former Lagos governor’s victory in the February 25, 2023 Presidential election. He said even though he is a staunch member of the main opposition party, Tinubu has shown his readiness to ensure that Nigeria grows economically.

Suswam made reference to the 2023 Electricity Act that the former Lagos governor recently signed into law.
