ARS 3-2 BOU: Fans React to Partey’s Short Tribute To Atsu After Scoring

Fans have reacted to Thomas Partey’s short tribute to Christian Atsu after scoring against AFC Bournemouth this evening. The Ghanian paid his respect to Atsu who died recently in Turkey’s Earthquake as Arsenal came from a 2-0 down to beat Bournemouth by 3-2.

The first seconds of the game was a big blow for Arsenal as the visitors took the lead following an awful defending from the home side. All of Arsenal’s efforts to get back into the game in the first half went down the drain. Bournemouth made the situation worsen in the second half as they scored from a corner to make it 2-0 and threw the whole Arsenal fans in disappointment.

Thomas Partey came to Arsenal’s rescue as began the comeback. The Ghanian scored to make it 2-1 and Benjamin White scored to draw the game level. Arsenal from here took total control of the game as they look for the winner. Fortunately for them, Reiss Nelson scored the winner in stoppage time to steal all three points for Arsenal as Bournemouth were thrown into a state of disappointment.

However, fans reacted as Partey did a short tribute to Christian Atsu after scoring today as there was no time and his team was looking for another goal.

Some fans argued why he didn’t pay the tribute properly and some understand why he didn’t do so.
