Sergio Busquets seems to be very happy with his arrival in Florida, not only because he is reunited with Lionel Messi, but also due to being an excellent place to live and raise his children.

His new property is at an exclusive subdivision in Fort Lauderdale called The Real Deal.

The residence is built on a waterfront location in North Miami on 0.3 acres of land with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and a three-car garage. In addition, the home has about 100 feet of lake frontage.

The subdivision is about five miles away from DRV PNK Stadium and even closer to Messi’s residence.

Busquets and Messi love Miami nightlife

Messi, 36, lives in his M-shaped residence in the same area located in Sea Ranch Lakes.

Upon his arrival to Florida, Messi was captured shopping at the supermarket of the subdivision, and has partied a couple times with Busquets.

Messi, Busquets and their respective wives have been spotted celebrating their consecutive wins. They both scored in the penalty shootout to beat Nashville SC in the Leagues Cup final.

Prior to the Leagues Cup title game, Messi and Busquets went out with Inter Miami owner David Beckham and several other members from their entourage.
