Asake, the Nigerian singer, was the centre of attention at the Afro Nation festival in Portugal on Thursday night after he jumped into concertgoers that failed to catch him.
The singer is one of the headliners of the annual event celebrating Africans in the diaspora. The 3-day festival is arguably one of the biggest music concerts in the world.
During his performance, Asake entertained the crowd with a remarkable rendition of hit songs such as ‘2:30’, ‘Sungba’, and ‘Joha’.
To spice things up for the already thrilling audience, the ‘Amapiano’ hitmaker decided to leap into the crowd with breakneck speed.
The YBNL artiste, however, fell to the ground as some concertgoers struggle to lift him back to the stage.
It remains to be seen if Asake sustained any injury as a result of the fall.
