President Tinubu Appoints Presidential Spokesperson, Chief Of Protocol, Special Assistant On Media

President Bola Tinubu wasted no time in forming his team, appointing a Presidential Spokesperson, Chief of Protocol, and Special Assistant on Media in quick succession.

 

 

According to POLITICS NIGERIA, Ambassador AdeKunle Adeleke, a seasoned career diplomat from Oyo, has been appointed as the President’s State Chief of Protocol (SCOP).

President Tinubu has appointed Dele Alake, a well-known communicator, to the position of Presidential Spokesperson. In addition, Olusegun Dada, a seasoned digital media strategist, has been named Special Assistant on Digital Media.

Recall that Olukayode Ariwoola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, administered the oath of office to Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the president-elect. This occurs shortly after Kashim Shettima, the vice president-elect, also took the oath of office.

After Kashim Shettima, the president-elect, took the oath of office, he was sworn in.After defeating candidates including Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP), and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Tinubu was declared the winner of the 2023 presidential election.
