Award-winning Nigerian musician, David Adeleke aka Davido has revealed that he connected his father, Mr Adedeji Adeleke with the President of World Bank, David Malpass.
Speaking with American media personality, Big Boi, the ‘Fall’ crooner said his father has been trying to meet the World Bank president for sometime but without success.
The Omo Baba Olowo said that after performing the closing ceremony of the world cup, he bumped into Malpass at his hotel and the economic analyst commended his performance.
As soon as he said that his dad asked him to give the phone to Malpass and that was how they linked up for a deal.
Davido said; “My dad has a lot of friends in high places and he has been trying to look for the president of the world bank. He’s been trying to get to the guy and the guy was at the world cup.
