LaLiga: We have different interests – Courtois opens up on relationship with Real Madrid’s Brazilian players

Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois has said that his interests differ from that of his Brazilian teammates at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Some of the Brazilians in Los Blancos include 22-year-old Vinicius Junior, 25-year-old Eder Militao and Rodrygo, 22.

Courtois, 30, explained his relationship with his South American teammates in an interview with Diario AS.

“With the Brazilians I laugh a lot but they are very young and their interests off the pitch are different from mine,” he said.

Courtois left Chelsea in a controversial manner for Real Madrid in 2018 and has since become an integral part of the team.

This season alone, the Belgium international has kept 16 clean sheets in 39 games across competitions.
