Veteran Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde took to her Instagram stories section on Sunday, March 19, 2023 and shared photos of herself at her polling unit.
The actress joined the list of Nigerian celebrities that proudly revealed that they participated in the gubernatorial election that took place on Saturday, March 18, 2023.
According to Omotola, the electoral process at her polling unit went well, despite the few challenges.
She wrote: “It was nice and easy. A few hiccups here and there got handled. Peaceful voting at my unit”.
In a photo, she displayed her inked thumb and captioned it “voted”.
Omotola also shared a video showing a polling officer at her unit counting votes, while revealing that the All Progressives Congress (APC) led with a total of 206 votes at her polling unit 023.
