Baby face actor-turned-politician Desmond Elliot and others have celebrated his re-election bid in Lagos.
Desmond Elliot a popular face, having occupied the position in the last eight years under the platform of the ruling APC and his supporters were seen in a video excited upon his winning of the state of assembly re-elections bid.
