Adams Oshiomhole, Senator-elect for Edo North Senatorial District from the February 25 general election has mocked the CBN governor, Godwin Emefiele following the ruling of the Supreme Court that the old N1,000, N500 and N200 bank notes should remain in circulation till the end of the year.
Adams Oshiomhole who spoke in Auchi, Edo state while thanking the people for voting Bola Tinubu as the president-elect of the federal republic of Nigeria and also voting him as their senator also reacted to the ruling of the supreme court saying that Goodwin Emefiele before the election used the naira redesign policy to punish people. He however stated that after the ruling of the supreme court some days ago, God is now currently punishing the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele and after the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, he will leave his office disgraced because he is finished and expired.
Hear him, “Any yeye bank manager who do yanga we go sack am. If the CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele Refuse to obey the court order will will dismiss him. We have the power and we will use it for the progress of the people. Any rascal, any yeye CBN governor who refuse to obey the supreme court judgement will go to prison. CBN governor wanted to punish people, but God is now punishing him. Now he will leave office disgraced. Now he is finished, and expired”.
