Popular actress and filmmaker, Omoni Oboli has taken to her official social media handle to share her views on last week’s election and the circumstances that surrounded it. She said she’s not a baby so she’s not throwing tantrums. Omoni said she’s not upset or disappointed because of her choice of candidate or because she stayed awake working for over 30 hours due to the love she has for her country but she’s just extremely disappointed once again in the leadership.
She said if anyone believes that the election that took place on February 25, 2023, was credible and free, and fair then she doesn’t know how they sleep at night. She said no matter how we try to change, twist and taint the truth, it will never become a lie, adding that we know it to be true and that’s all that truly matters.
Her caption reads, “Listen. I’m not a baby. Therefore I’m not throwing a tantrum or a fit.
