CHE 0-1 MCI: Two Graham Potter tactical decisions that cost Chelsea a win at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea continued their Premeir league campaign and once again it ended in a disappointing loss. Chelsea lost 1-0 to Manchester City who absolutely controlled and dismantled the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues couldn’t manage to grab all three points at home, they created a few chances but the closest they came was when Carney Chukwuemeka strike ended up hitting the post.

Manchester City surprisingly didn’t manage to score all through the first half but took the lead later in the second half with a brilliant through pass from Jack Grealish and a good finish by Riyad Mahrez to give Manchester City the lead and the three points.

Graham Potter bad tactical decisions partially led to the loss today, he didn’t even call Mason Mount to the squad and made a huge mistake by dropping him. He also dropped Jorginho who would have added extra strength and assist Kovacic in midfield.

Manchester City will be very happy and proud with their performance and the three points as it will help them continue to battle for top spot at the Premier league table against Arsenal.
