Reactions are still trailing Argentina’s victory at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The South American nation beat 2018 world champions France to lift their third World Cup title.
The last time Argentina won the world cup before now was in Mexico 1986. That year, they were led to victory by the legendary Diego Armando Maradona. The late football legend single-handedly won the trophy for the people of Argentina.
Maradona was lifted in the air by a fellow teammates and he held out the trophy with his right hands while the fans pouted into the stadium, jubilating and praising him
