SHAKIRA and Gerard Pique have showed up in court to sign their divorce papers following a bitter row over the custody of their children and their £12m mansion.

The Colombian pop star and her ex-boyfriend reached a custody settlement for their two sons after a 12-hour marathon meeting with lawyers.

And the former couple also agreed to sell their five-storey Barcelona property following their shocking split.

Today Shakira and Gerard had to ratify in court the child custody agreement they signed last month, which sees the pop star moving to Miamiwith sons Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven.

The singer and the ex-football star arrived at Barcelona’s family court No18 separately, both accompanied by their lawyers around 9.30 am.

Shakira arrived first, wearing dark sunglasses in the company of her brother Tonino.

A few minutes later Pique arrived wearing a sports cap, La Vanguardia reports.

None of the two made any statement to the reporters outside the court.

The outlet reports that Shakira entered the building and signed first before her ex-boyfriend.

They both left the building about half an hour later.
