The Red Devils recorded another impressive win under New Boss, Erik Ten Hag with an emphatic & dominant 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford yesterday night courtesy goals from Bruno Fernandes and Fred.
But Cristiano Ronaldo leaving the stadium before the end of the match against Antonio Conte’s Tottenham took the shine off the brilliant performance from Manchester United at the Threatre of Dreams.
In the match against the London based outfit, the 37-year-old was made to warm up twice by Erik Ten Hag & wasn’t later introduced into the match yesterday, with the likes of Anthony Elanga, Scott McTominay & Christian Eriksen given the chance to get some minutes instead.
Though that was an unprofessional behaviour from the Legendary striker but he would have been frustrated not to have played a part in yesterday’s victory after he was asked to warm up by the manager, which he would feel embarrassed & disrespected about.
The Portugal international is a player still eager & determined to perform at the highest level, hopefully the manager gets to address the issue and we get to see the Five-time Ballon D’or Winner happy again.
