A renowned Nigerian billionaire businessman and socialite by the name Obi Cubana (born Obinna Iyiegbu) sparked mixed responses from his fans and followers a few hours ago after he showed off his uncompleted building in Abuja on social media.

The footage was shared via his verified Instagram account, where he has amassed for himself a large number of followers. In the video, the Anambra-born philanthropist and 2021 Man of the Year awardee can be seen inspecting the building, which consists of eight ultramodern mansions, with his elder brother, Ike Iyiegbu, and the site workers.
