There is a thing called the “window of conception” that indicates when a woman has conceived a child. If you have had unprotected sex with both of these men (and any other men) within a week of you conceiving this baby, and you have had sex with these two men within 24 hours, unfortunately, they are both potential fathers for this baby and the only way for you to truly know which one of these men is the child’s father is to have both men submit to a paternity test when the baby is born and that will reveal the father.
And if I were you, I would have this test done on both men to confirm the baby’s father before you name one of them on the child’s birth certificate, because once a man signs his name on that birth certificate, in the eyes of the law, he is legally the child’s father whether they are bound by blood or not. And there is no guarantee that this will be overturned if you find out he is not the father and the other man is.
