The news about the death of popular Nigerian gospel musician, Osinachi Nwakchukwu has thrown the entire country into mourning as tears can’t stop flowing.

The family and friends of Osinachi Nwachukwu are indeed going through a very hard time in their life following the loss.

Osinachia Nwakchukwu is famed for her verse on the hit song ‘Ekwueme’ song and many loved her for her exceptional singing style and voice.

Her death was announced on Friday, April 8.

Darlington Chikezie Ibekwe shared the news on his Facebook page.

DCI was the same man who proclaimed Prince Chinedu Nwadike’s death minutes after he died.

“Gospel artiste Sister Osinachi Nwachukwu, best known for her song Ekwueme, has passed away,” he said.

There are speculations about Siste Osinachi’s cause of death as many wonders what could have taken such a good soul from the land of the living.

According to Instablog9ja, Osinachi Nwakchukwu had been sick for several months and she was battling cancer before she succumbed to the terminal disease.

In their report, they claimed Osinachi Nwachukwu was placed on life-support for two months before she gave up the ghost.

Until her death, the deceased musician was a leading chorister at Dunamis International Gospel Centre.
