Five Major Things Atiku Promised To Offer Nigerians As He Declares For 2023 Presidential Race

Ahead of the 2023 Presidential Election, A Former Vice-president of Nigeria and the 2019 Presidential Candidate of the PDP, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has declared his intention to Succeed President Muhammadu Buhari whose tenure ‘ll elapse by May 2023.

 

Atiku who made a public declaration at the International Conference Centre (ICC) in Abuja is taking a shot at the Presidency for the 6th Time. The Adamawa State-born Businessman and Politician has previously contested either as an Aspirant or Candidate in 1993, 2007, 2011, 2015 and 2019. During the last Election held in February 2019, Atiku lost to the Incumbent President Muhammadu Buhari of his All Progressives Congress (APC) with over Three Million Votes.

 

Addressing massive crowd at the Event, He criticized the All Progressives Congress (APC) for failing to protect the lives of Nigerian Citizens.

 

He is expected to challenge Top Politicians including a Former Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki; the Governor of Sokoto State, Rt. Hon. Aminu Tambuwal and his Bauchi State, Governor Bala Mohammed for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Ticket. However, if elected as President, Atiku promised that his Administration will focus on Unity, Security, Economy, Education and Devolution of Powers.
