AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie will be a Barcelona player next season.
The 25 year old is very strong and also combative in tackle. He has a lot of stamina and doesn’t get tired easily on the pitch. Xavi lines up the Barcelona squad with the 4-3-3 formation.
Sergio Busquets play as the defensive midfielder, Frenkie De Jong play as the right midfielder and Pedri play in the left midfield. Kessie may take De Jong’s place in the right midfield but since Sergio Busquets will soon turn 34, he’s expected to be rotated more next season.
Once Sergio Busquets is rested, Frenkie De Jong will move back and Kessie will play in the right midfield while Pedri or Gavi will play in the left midfield.
Franck Kessie has already passed his Barca medical and he will be out of contract with AC Milan on June 30.
The midfielder will sign a four-year contract with Barca and will earn around €6.5 million annually but he will not receive a signing bonus. He joined AC Milan in 2019 from Atalanta for a fee of £24 million and has scored 36 goals in 214 appearances for the Serie A club.
