Ahead of the March 26 National Convention of the All Progressives Congress APC, all the seven chairmanship aspirants have submitted their forms ahead of the screening exercise.
A frontline chairmanship aspirant and the Senator representing Niger East, Sani Musa, has said that with 43 million members, the party would not plead for money under his leadership.
He however questioned why the party was still selling forms to the aspirants if Senator Abdullahi Adamu had been endorsed by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Another aspirant, former governor of Nasarawa State, Tanko Al-Makura who stormed the party’s national secretariat with his supporters noted that he would ensure full representation in the party. He also insists that the best option is to uphold party democracy.
