Final Ligue 1 Table, Match Review And Top Scorers After PSG Lost 3-1 And Lyon Drew 1-1


The first game that was played in the Ligue 1 tournament yesterday, was between Lens and Lyon. Lens who has been on top form since the beginning of the season, took possession of the game form first half to full time. However, they were unable to secure all 3 points from the game as the match ended in a disappointing 1-1 draw with both teams sharing the points yesterday.


After Lens drew Lyon 1-1, Nantes then hosted and defeated Paris Saint German (PSG) at home by 3 goals to one in the last fixture of the Ligue 1 tournament yesterday.


PSG 3-1 defeats against Lens yesterday, was their first Ligue defeats in 4 months. It was also their greatest league defeats since the beginning of the season.


Table – After PSG Lost 3-1 and Lyon drew 1-1, below is how the Ligue 1 table now currently looks like with Nantes occupying the fifth position following their impressive display against PSG last night. Lyon on the other hand, moved up to the 6th position on the table despite their disappointing 1-1 draw with Lens yesterday.



Top Scorers – Monaco striker Ben Yedder, currently leads the raise in winning this season Ligue 1 golden boot award with 14 goals in 23 matches.
