Nigerian skit-maker exposed, dragged for claiming to buy car that belongs to someone else

A Nigerian Instagram comedian has been dragged on social media after he posted a new car and claimed that he bought it for his primary school teacher, but it turned out to be a lie.

The skit-maker identified as Comedian Sir Law had in a Twitter post said that he saved for a year and bought a new car for his teacher after discovering that he’s been in a wheelchair for 8 years.

He shared photos of the car and a gift box containing money which came with it.

The comedian wrote; ”Last year I found out that my primary school teacher has been on wheelchair for 8years.

Well I saved for a year and I’m gifting him this for #ValentinesDay

It’s better to give than to receive… Until you give without expecting anything in return then you’ve truly given.”

He was however exposed by a lady named Oluwanifemi, who knows the real owner of the car. Also some social media users also called him out after seeing that a post was made about the car on Instagram in January.

Oluwanifemi wrote; ”Oga stop misleading people it is bad, I know u wish to do it but wait 4 ur tym. Dis car belong to my Frnd, her hubby gifted her last year as bday gift.

Now claiming u bought it 4 ur primary Skol teacher . It’s well believe anything u see on social media at ur own”
