“Allow The Jagaban To Go And Rest; Consultation Is not Easy In An Angry Country” – Shehu Sani

Former Nigerian lawmaker, Shehu Sani has taken to Twitter to react to the news that the stalwart of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has travelled out of the country after consulting with prominent Nigerians.

According to a report from Arise News, Bola Ahmed Tinubu visited some northern states, including Niger and Katsina, under the guise of commiserating with governors and the people over recent insecurity and killings, used the opportunity to pitch his presidential campaign.

Tinubu, on the other hand, was said to have recognized the need to take a break, rest, and see his doctors outside of the country because he was exhausted from his trips.

However, Shehu Sani opined that there is nothing wrong with Bola Ahmed Tinubu taking a rest after carrying out consultations. Shehu Sani believed that people are angry and that it’s not easy consulting them.

He wrote;

“Allow the Jagaban to go and rest; consultations is not easy in an angry country.”
