The former super eagles player Tijjani Babangida recently tied nuptial knot with kannywood actress Maryam Waziri.
The former super eagles player has joined the league of players who married more than a wife. The 48 year old former Super Eagles was also conferred with Chieftaincy title of Baradeen Waziri Kaltungo, Gombe State.
Maryam Waziri hailed from Gombe State, the 29-year old woman began her acting career in 2015. She has featured in many kannywood movies.
Currently, Babangida is the President, National Association of Nigeria Professional Footballers (NANPF). He was part of Atlanta ’96 squad that won Olympic for Nigeria after defeating Brazil and Argentina in semi-final and final of the competition.
