Couples: The Best Time Of The Day To Make Love

Intimacy is an important component of every relationship, whether you’ve been dating for a long time or are just getting started. Physical intimacy distinguishes lovers from friends and is a core part of a happy relationship.

However, I wouldn’t be shocked if a lot of people don’t know when the optimal time is to spend quality time with their mate.

Although most individuals enjoy getting down with their lover at nightfalls before going to bed, an Italian study found that testosterone levels in men and women are highest in the morning.

According to s£× therapist Geraldine Myers in a Daily Mail Report, morning is the best time to make good love because the man and woman’s energy levels are at their maximum in the morning. They are also less preoccupied with life’s demands mentally.

But that’s not all. While mornings are best for having a good time in the bedroom, the researchers discovered that 5:48 a.m. is the best time for some bedroom activity because couples are most likely to be at their peak.

“Our body clock determines our circadian rhythms, which govern our mood and energy levels,” said Ashley Grossman, a neuroendocrinology professor at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital in London. Even before a man opens his eyes in the morning, his testosterone levels are at their highest – between 25 and 50 percent higher than at any other time of the day. Most men will wake up hard two or three times a week due to the increased levels in the morning.”

So, when do you prefer to spend quality time in the bedroom with your partner?
