Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola, has said he remained unperturbed despite issues capable of causing distractions, ahead of the next governorship election.

Oyetola made this remark while addressing party faithful that received him in Gbongan, upon his return to the state from a trip.

Oyetola said God remained the sole decider of affairs of man, thus his re-election into the office would be decided by God.

He also urged residents to participate in the ongoing voter registration for them to be able to perform their civic duty during the next governorship election.

“I remain unperturbed by all forms of machinations and distractions which might be surfacing at this critical period the election is fast approaching. This is a normal political phenomenon. I remain unshaken as ever for my faith is in God who decides all things,” Oyetola concluded.

A statement by the Director General, Ileri Oluwa Movement, Mr. Ajibola Famurewa, on Friday, quoted the Secretary General of the group, Richard Tinubu, and the Commissioner for Finance, Bola Oyebamiji, in separate remarks as commending the productive leadership that Oyetola had brought to the state.
