A Nigerian lady living abroad has sent social media users into a fit of laughter after she revealed the medical diagnosis report a hospital made documented on her.
The woman known as @ItsMissIsi on Twitter, disclosed that she was switching doctors to another medical professional and in her health records, the fact that she was born in Nigeria was listed as a health problem.
In a screenshot she posted online, Bee Pollen was listed as her allergy while under the medical problems column, the hospital simply wrote; Born in Nigeria.
Sharing the snapshot, the lady wrote;
”I’m switching doctors and they are transferring my health records over.
You people. Look at what they put under my list of ‘problems’”
