Rohr invites 30 players for Liberia, Cape Verde [Full list]

Nigeria coach, Gernot Rohr, has invited 30 players ahead of their 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde next month.

The three-time African champions play Liberia on September 3 in Lagos.

The Super Eagles will then travel to Cape Verde four days later.

Rohr has picked a strong squad, including seven players that would replace UK-based stars, if the British government does not grant them an exemption for the trip to Cape Verde (a red-listed country in their coronavirus watch).
