A flight attendant’s responsibility is not limited to guiding passengers to their seat, he or she is also responsible for coordinating security and lots more. While the ladies are referred to as air hostesses, men are called the steward.
Flight attendants must have good listening and communication skill. He or she must be aware of passengers’ needs, to ensure that they are comfortable on aircraft.
