Grow up, when Microsoft opened 0m development centers in Nigeria and Kenya nobody went about dissing South Africa or politicizing anything - Presidential aide, Tolu OgunlesiPresidential aide, Tolu Ogunlesi has reacted to the controversy that trailed Twitter’s decision to site its headquarters in Ghana.

 

Ogunlesi in his tweets which served as a response to Nigerians outlining some policies that might have made Twitter management team pick Ghana over Nigeria, described such comments as “silly”.

 

The Presidential aide stated that when Microsoft opened $100m development centers in Nigeria and Kenya (first two in Africa), nobody went about dissing South Africa or politicizing it.

 

He tweeted;

 

When Microsoft opened $100m development centers in Nigeria and Kenya @MicrosoftADC (first two in Africa!) nobody went about dissing South Africa or politicizing anything. Because it’d have been silly. Grow up guys!
