Chelsea have qualified for the Champions League semi-finals for the first time in seven years.
The Blues lost 1-0 to FC Porto thanks to Mehdi Taremi’s sublime overhead, but went through 2-1 on aggregate.
Chelsea will now play either Liverpool or Real Madrid (Agg: 1-3) in the semi-finals on April 27/28 and May 4/5.
Paris Saint-Germain also knocked out holders Bayern Munich, despite losing 1-0 at Parc des Princes.
Eric Choupo-Moting scored the only goal of the game.
PSG will face either Borussia Dortmund or Manchester City next.
