“I’ve apologized to her in private” – Meek Mill reveals after getting called out by Vanessa Bryant for disrespectful lyrics about her late husband, Kobe Bryant

Rapper Meek Mill has revealed he’s apologised to Vanessa Bryant over his disrespectful lyrics in a song, which made reference to her husband’s death in a helicopter crash.

 

In the leaked song, Meek Mill rapped: “Yeah, if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe.”

 

The lyrics didn’t sit well with Kobe Bryant’s widow, Vanessa, who later called him out to say the line in the song was “extremely insensitive and disrespectful.”

 

 

Shortly after getting called out, Meek wrote on Twitter: “I’m going back savage in this shit… f**k ya feelings.”

 

 

He has now taken to his page to reveal that he’s apologized to Vanessa in private and denied his “f**k ya feelings” tweet was directed to her.
