As we speak, the Electoral Commission of Ghana (EC) has released some of the Regional results.
These results according to the commission are certified results without any problems. The regions released are Western, Ahafo, Ashanti, Central, Upper West, Volta, Savannah, Upper East, North East, Bono, and Oti.
Out of these eleven regions, the president, Nana Akufo-Addo has won 6 with his closest contender, John Mahama winning 5.
Regions won by Nana Addo are Ashanti, Western, Central, Bono, North East and Ahafo.
